designing the model of social capital development in universities and higher education centers

social capital is a new concept that’s been important in management literature in recent years. the importance of this concept has led to increase the researchers’ trends to develop models and diagnose new indexes. the main object of this research is exploring and designing a model to achieve foregoing goal. social capital development in universities and higher education centers as fundamental places for making networks and social groups is so critical. researchers after studying literature, use questionnaire for gathering data. the research method is mixed method. for qualitative data theme analysis and for analyzing quantitative data spss 19 software is used. statistical analysis confirm the model and so social capital development is accessible in two dimensions, subjective and objective, five components, individual, groups, organizational, structural and managerial, and twenty eight indexes.
